Faces of Mheetu

White (or Concept) Mheetu: There are about 3 different Mheetu's that can come from early concept art. I am not 100% sure that image is of Mheetu, but let's say it is. Pale in color due to most likely being a piece of uncolored concept art, with a dark nose similar to an outlander nose. The nose in the image is more rounded than the average outlander nose. He's very scruffy in the image, so he gets fluffy cheeks and ears. Some in the fandom take his uncolored concept art as being his official colors although he is shown with both gold and red hues in other colored pieces. 

Red Mheetu: In some images of concept Mheetu seems to be a reddish color. Keeping the outlander like nose from his concept, he's a duller, redder shade than Scar. You could say he's a warmer version of Nala and his mother.

Blonde Mheetu: In another concept art, Mheetu looks a bit more gold or yellow than red or white. I generally see the blonde Mheetu's when his father is portrayed as a random lion, though not always. The blonde variation seems to adopt the bright blue eyes from Nala's SP design over his mother's grey green eyes and any of the other versions. The thing I like most about the Blondes that people create is that they seem to have the most color variation in the manes. Manes lighter than their pelts, black <3, slightly darker than their pelt, browns and reds, and finally, the multicolor manes, generally blonde and black (which I used to hate in general but recently they've been growing on me).

My Mheetu: This is the final color scheme of my version of the popular cut character. It took me a long time to get this right. Most of the time he would turn out to be a lightly warmer Nala. His father is not a rogue, but he is a fan made character. 

Scar Clone Mheetu: Titled clone simply because I used Scar's direct colors for this version. This is one of the most popular versions of Mheetu going along with the theory that Scar is his father (and possibly Nala's as well). Many Mheetu's take much after Scar with the dark, sometimes black manes, belly colored paws, green eyes, dark eyerims, heavy lidded eyes, and a sharp nose. Many Scar Clones do not always look exactly like Scar. He may have the sharp nose and the green, heavy lidded eyes, but he may have his mother's pelt color and lighter mane. 

Scar X Sarafina Mix Mheetu: This is my own variation of a ScarXSara son, one I came up with before I really knew how popular Mheetu was... in fact, this version wasn't even my Mheetu, but another son, older than Nala in one of my play theories. Mixed versions are my favorite because they can easily be seen as either Scar or Sarafina's son while still looking like the other parent as well. Mixes that look like Sarafina but with a pointed nose and black mane are pretty awesome, as are the redder versions with the pridelander nose, underbelly colored toes, and green eyes. My version has eyes that are mixed between Scar's bright green and Sarafina's grey green. 

Sarafina/Nala Clone Mheetu: This is a very common version of Mheetu because the creators generally like to make him look very similar to his only known family. The colors here are Sarafina's actual colors, hence the word clone in the title. 

Mufasa X Sarafina Mix Mheetu: I always see Scar or a random lion being portrayed as Mheetu's father, however, there are only a rare few who like to even consider Mheetu as being Mufasa's son. There can be theories out there where Mheetu is the half brother of both Nala and Simba while the two  lovers can still not be blood related (for those who are more fond of TLK world being more humanized than natural). A gold/orange lion with uncolored toes and bright eyes? *swoon*
