Ladies of the Pridelands Colors

Because I couldn't decide which set I wanted to do.... I did 4 different variations.

First off are Kiara's original colors along with Nala's Movie 2 colors. Although I like Nala's movie 2 colors, I hate them on Nala herself. I referenced the BG where Kiara first appears in the second scene, bounding out and about to run off of pride rock.

Then we have... Kiara's original colors next her mother's Movie 1 daytime colors (my version, which I got for the most part right when she lunges as pumba).

Next up is Kiara with the adult colors I gave her on my Kiara studies (since I believe her adult colors hadn't come in yet in the movie) along with Nala's Jungle colors (the version where she first encounters Simba). I found they were extremely close in color... and I really liked that because it washes away more of the "She's a Simba clone!" away. I got extra lazy on this BG that I didn't draw any of the jungle foliage.

Last up are the previous Kiara's colors tweaked to look more like daytime colors (I color matched jungle nala to my daytime nala to get them), and my Nala's daytime colors. I love these. I have her much more gold in my stories, but I might be altering her colors here soon. The BG was referenced from the scene at the end of movie one where the pridelands turn green. I wanted a shot of pride rock and thought this was a nice one. Obviously left like 80 percent of what should have been in there out buuuuuut those trees were a bitch and this was just a speedpaint.

Yes, my eyes are feeling much better. I'm feeling much better. Still a bit shitty, but my head feels much clearer. I think I just got hit with 2 or 3 things at once (eye strain, cold, high blood pressure maybe?) I've also cut down my caffeine intake to 1 cup of coffee a day and then water for the remainder. I would do tea but I tend to put a lot of sugar in my tea while I just need a little in my coffee. Trying to cut my sugar cravings, which have gone down a ton since I gave up pasta for lent again. It's so easy to stop eating it for lent but not any other time. My body just knows I don't break lent so it doesn't beg for it. I only messed up once... and that's when I noticed my 7 minute rice meal had small bits of pasta in it. >_> I'm not super religious or anything but man I love lent. Gives me great motivation.
